Our Mission

Welcome to The Unfolding Room™ — an identity architecture studio.

The Unfolding Room™ supports neurodivergent and culturally layered women who are carrying too many roles — leadership, caregiving, career pivots, education, entrepreneurship, and shifts in how they see themselves, the roles they’ve been carrying, and the inherited expectations they’re unlearning — while feeling stretched beyond their sustainable capacity.

Founded by Itzel Yagual, Behavioral Systems Architect™ and Identity Intelligence™ Strategist, our work blends I/O psychology, neurodiversity research, and lived experience to help women make decisions that honor their energy, culture, autonomy, and real-life constraints.

We support women who have been:

  • Overextended and expected to hold everything together

  • Misread or culturally misunderstood

  • Conditioned to overperform while being under-recognized

Here, your inner systems matter — the cultural and familial expectations you inherited, the roles you’ve carried, the identities you’re shaping, and the emotional labor you’ve been navigating.

WHAT WE DO

Identity Architecture

Identity Architecture is a practical, systems-based approach for neurodivergent and culturally layered women whose roles, identities, and inherited expectations collide in ways traditional leadership and self-help models fail to account for.

This work examines how neurodivergence, cultural and generational scripts, gendered expectations, emotional bandwidth, and workplace pressure shape:

  • How you make decisions

  • How you lead

  • How you manage energy

  • How you set and hold boundaries

  • How you relate to yourself

  • How sustainably you can work and live

We support women who feel:

  • Overextended or stretched beyond capacity

  • Late-identified or newly exploring neurodivergence

  • Culturally misunderstood or misread

  • Role-heavy and identity-dense
