IDENTITY ARCHITECTURE FOR NEURODIVERGENT & CULTURALLY LAYERED WOMEN

Welcome to The Unfolding Room™.
Where behavioral science, cultural systems, and neurodivergent research and lived experience reshape how women lead, work, and thrive.

ABOUT THE UNFOLDING ROOM™

Our Mission
The Unfolding Room™ is an identity architecture studio for neurodivergent and culturally layered women navigating leadership, caregiving, career pivots, and the strain of carrying multiple roles.
Founded by Itzel Yagual, Behavioral Systems Architect™ and Identity Intelligence™ Strategist, the studio blends Industrial-Organizational psychology, neurodiversity research, and lived experience to create pathways that honor capacity, culture, and autonomy.
We support women who have been overextended
ended, misread, or conditioned to overperform while under-recognized.
Here, your inner architecture matters—the systems you come from, the roles you’ve carried, the identities you’re shaping, and the cultures that raised you.
Our practice centers on self-recognition
, identity coherence, sustainable energy practices, and leadership rooted in lived experience—not self-erasure or perfectionism.
WHAT WE DO
Identity Architecture
+ Neurodivergent Leadership Psychology
Applied identity science for women navigating layered roles, neurodivergence, and culturally shaped leadership demands.
Identity Architecture is a systems-based approach for women whose identities, roles, and lived context intersect in ways traditional leadership models ignore.
This work focuses on how neurodivergence, cultural scripts, gender expectations, and emotional bandwidth shape your capacity to lead, decide, and design a life that actually fits.
We support women who carry too much — the overextended, the culturally misunderstood, the late-identified, the identity-dense — to redesign the internal and external systems that determine how they move through work, relationships, and self-definition.
Our approach blends I/O psychology, neurodivergent and feminist research, lived experience, and cultural systems analysis to help women build futures anchored in bandwidth, lived context, and identity coherence — not performance or survival cycles.
